Biohit is a bio-insecticide. Active ingredient is a naturally occurring fungi, beauveria bassiana - a fungus for control & prevention of Mealy bugs, Aphids, white flies, mites, leaf hoppers, thrips, scale insects, locusts, weevils, leaf eating insects, grass hooper s, cane grubs, cockhafers, beetles, termites, storage pests, spittle bugs, bill gabs, cut worms, etc.
Mode of Action :
After spraying, the spores germinate on the insect body; the hyphae produced penetrate the insects body destroying tissues causing mycosis. The metabolism of the insects is deranged. Feeding stops after infection. Mortality occurs in 6-7 days. Insects die & their bodies are covered with fungal spores. These spores spread & cause epidemic in insect pests.

Directions of Use :

Mix 10 g of Biohit in 1 lit of water. (150 gm per pump of 15 lit), to prepare slurry, at one time, mix only required quantity in spray tank and shake well. Spray immediately after preparation on soil and leaves. Spray to wet the leaves on both the sides.

Can be applied at any stage of crop development (preseedling, vegetable growth, fruiting).
